Or you may call them directly at 877-82-5500 to get an updated confirmation letter for your non-profit status with your Employer Identification Number (EIN). New regulations require that your tax letter has YOUR EIN on it or your corporate tax letter and group listings or a letter from your corporate office indicating you are a separate affiliate in good standing.

All Federations, other participants
and the PCFO are reminded per 5 CFR &950.604 to retain at least
three years of documents pertaining to the CFC campaign(s) they are involved
with. OPM can request documents be made available within 10 business days
of request.
Federations and Agencies: Per the OPM
Audit requirements under 5 CFR &950.105(b), federations and agencies are
permitted to offer suggestions relating to the operation of the campaign,
campaign materials and training. Federations and agencies desiring to offer
suggestions per above are required to submit, in writing, all requests to
either the LFCC c/o Commander, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic, 1510 Gilbert St,
Norfolk, VA 23511 or to United Way of South Hampton Roads c/o 2515 Walmer
Ave, Norfolk, VA 23513 Please mark Attn: CFC to either addressee.
