2012 Application Information January 2, 2012 - March 9, 2012 Applications MUST be in the CFC office no later than 5:00 PM EST on Friday, March 9th. Application training will be offered on Wed., January 18, 2012 at 2:00 PM and Thur., February 2, 2012 at 9:00 AM at United Way SHR, 2515 Walmer Ave, Norfolk, VA 23513.
