Donors!!! CFC of South Hampton Roads now has the ability to produce your pledge card from an online website. If you cannot locate your command, please call or email CFCSHR to assist. This new site is safe, secure and you can access it from work or home anytime. Click on the picture below to pledge online. This document will assit you in pledging.
ONLINE PLEDGERS: Microsoft just did an upgrade. Click on Tools then Compatibility View to allow Nexus to work.
IMPORTANT DONOR INFORMATION: CFC Regulations Section 5 Code of Federal Regulations Part 950.401(g)1(ii) and 950.402(c) states: "...that a donor may only designate charitable organizations or federations that are listed in the Charity List and that write-ins are prohibited. Further, an employee may not make a CFC contribution to an organization listed in the Charity List of a campaign different from where the employee works."
Remember that write-ins, incorrect charity numbers, charity numbers from other campaign lists are all treated as undesignated funds and distributed per regulation (5 CFR Secton 950.501). CFCSHR staff are not permitted to contact donors per regulation (5 CFR Section 950.105(d)(4)).
